What is the opposite of organized religion?...disorganized?...

i have often said that i do not believe in organized religion and that started me thinking...what do you have if you do not have organized religion?... disorganized?...so that made me ask myself what do you want to get out of church...what i want is an interactive session where i can learn from someone who studies the Bible...i want to learn by asking questions...all the major Christian denominations that i know of teach to you but not with you meaning someone stands up in front of you and you cannot ask questions... i always have questions i want to ask...how do i achieve that with what we currently have?...

i think something "new" should be created which means something old should be brought back...smaller churches...personal churches...how do you begin such a church?...your family...add your Christian family friends...just start with two families...add more if you can but keep it small...probably five families is a good size...much bigger and you start getting into the church problem of too many people to be productive...and honestly that number could change...having never done this i would not know the proper number (it could be bigger or smaller)...

then how do you get someone who knows the Bible to study with you?...well this is difficult...you could probably start out by inviting different ministers to talk to your "church" group each week...continue to ask new ministers while also asking the ministers you learned from back again...also each person in the group should want to become a Bible "expert"...each person in the group should probably lead a week occasionally...that way we all learn and grow together...

how do you avoid stagnation in the smaller personal church?...well how do you avoid stagnation anywhere?...one thought i had would be to trade a family to another small church group each week so that you continue to have a core group but one family gets to see how other church groups work...that family can return and share their experience at the other church they had...hmmm...i like this idea more and more...

what about your tithe?...well having parents who run a homeless mission i have never thought about the tithe as something that had to go to the "church"...i have always considered it something given to the Lord's work...whether that is a homeless mission or a food bank or some other organization that is working towards spreading the gospel...but i think this should be left up to each family and the church should not be involved at all...so that about describes my ideal church...i think...probably got lots of holes in the idea but oh well i never claimed to be perfect...
